I work with people who don't know where to even start.
And with people who are open to being challenged to do the work that brings real change.
A holistic approach that draws from several evidence-based traditions, shaped around who you are and what you're carrying.
Practical tools for the thought patterns and emotional waves that feel too big to manage alone.
Learning to meet yourself with the same care you'd offer a friend, and to stay present with what's actually happening.
Concrete practices for coming back into your body and the present moment when things feel like too much.
We start at the beginning. Chronicling the chapters of your life to gently, safely reach the roadblocks still shaping you today.
A reset practice that's collaborative, educational, and exploratory.
I don't just hand you a tool and move on. I'll teach you what's actually happening in your nervous system in a given moment and why a particular practice works, so grounding becomes something you understand, not just something you do. The goal isn't for you to need me in the moment. It's to help you recognize the resourcefulness you already carry, so you can trust your own strength and your own ability to self-soothe long after our work together ends.
Simple, effective techniques you can use in session and in daily life to calm your body in moments of stress or panic.
Singing bowls and curated music to help quiet the mind and support the body's natural return to calm.
Guided stillness practices that create space between you and the noise, so you can hear yourself again.
Language chosen together, specific to you, for the moments you need it most.
These practices aren't separate from the therapeutic work. They're woven into it, and over time, they become part of your own personalized toolkit, one you carry with you well beyond our sessions.
Wherever you're starting from, this is space to bring all of it.
Hi, I'm Hannah. I grew up in Boston, Massachusetts, the daughter of two psychologists, so in a lot of ways, this work has always been part of how I see the world. I studied at Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and went on to earn my Master's in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University.
For the last four years, I've practiced at NYU Langone, and most recently was part of a thriving group practice in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Now, I'm building something independent: a practice that reflects exactly how I want to show up for my clients.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York State. Working with me means coming with an open mind and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, because that's usually where the real movement happens. I'm here to meet you where you are, walk alongside you, and help you build the strength to hold your own vulnerability.
